Shipping & Delivery Policy

All AnyKeys products are digital. Nothing is shipped by post: your license key is delivered on WhatsApp.

How delivery works

1. You send your order on WhatsApp, from the cart or a product page.
2. We confirm your order and send you the payment options.
3. After your payment is confirmed, we send your license key and installation instructions in the same WhatsApp chat.

Delivery times

• Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation.
• Some orders need manual processing and can take up to 24 hours.
• Orders placed outside our support hours are delivered as soon as we are back online.
• Some payment methods take longer to confirm.

What you receive

• Your license key (or the activation file for Office for Mac).
• A link to the official installer, or installation instructions.
• Step-by-step activation instructions.

Shipping costs

There are no shipping or delivery costs.

Order tracking

There is no parcel to track. Your WhatsApp chat with us is your order record: it contains your order, the payment confirmation and your key. Keep it, because you may need the key again if you reinstall.

If your key has not arrived

1. Open your WhatsApp chat with us and check that you have not muted, archived or blocked our number.
2. Make sure your payment has been confirmed.
3. Message us in the same chat with your order details and we will resend the key.

If we cannot deliver your key, you receive a full refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Returns

Digital keys cannot be returned. If a key does not work, see our Return & Refund Policy.
