Return & Refund Policy

Our products are digital license keys, so they cannot be sent back like a physical item. This policy explains when we replace a key or refund your payment, and how to ask for it.

Our guarantee

If a key from AnyKeys does not work, we make it right: first by helping you activate it, then with a replacement key and, if that is not possible, with a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of purchase.

When you can get a replacement or refund

  • The key is invalid or does not activate, even though you followed the product instructions and installed the matching edition.
  • You received a different product from the one you ordered.
  • We could not deliver your key after your payment was confirmed, for example because the product is out of stock. In that case you receive a full refund.

When refunds are not available

  • The key has already been activated successfully.
  • You ordered the wrong product or edition. If you are unsure, ask us before buying.
  • Your device does not meet the system requirements listed on the product page.
  • You decline our troubleshooting help or the replacement key.
  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
  • You changed your mind after the key was delivered.

How to request a replacement or refund

  1. Check the basics. Make sure the key was typed correctly, the installed edition matches the key (for example, Pro for a Pro key) and you followed the activation instructions.
  2. Message us on WhatsApp, in the chat where you ordered, with your order details, the key, a screenshot of the error message and your Windows or Office version.
  3. We help you troubleshoot. Most activation problems are solved quickly.
  4. Replacement. If the key is faulty, we send you a replacement key at no extra cost.
  5. Refund. If the replacement does not work either, or we cannot provide one, we refund the full price to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent within 14 days. How long they take to reach your account depends on your payment method.
